We provide a simple and easy to use application form to allow visitors to get apply for our PLC Courses securely. This information is not stored on the website, but sent directly to admin.cck@lwetb.ie and may be stored locally and on the Longford Westmeath Education and Training Board’s preferred email service. Statistical data may be sent to the Department of Education and Science.

Personal Data Collected: First Name and Last Name, Maiden Name, Address, Email Address, Date of Birth, Sex/Gender, PPS Number, Phone Number, Last School Attended, Highest Academic Standard Achieved and an Emergency Contact number.
