We had a hugely successful week in the Westmeath U16 Badminton Championship hosted by Moate. Our Boys U16 team, consisting of Mikie Mullen, Mark McCann, Adam Greville and Adam Thompson, won the event outright. They now go forward to represent Westmeath in the Leinster Championship on March 19th.
Our girls team consisting of Katelyn Dunne, Rebecca McCauley, Ciara Keegan and Lauren Smith, also had a great result finishing as runners up in their competition. The girls now also go forward to represent the county at the Leinster Championship. Well done to all our teams involved who performed so well on the day and represented our school so well as always
